What happens if the asset is abroad?
Our network of Certified Experts operates globally. We translate local regulations into our global risk standard, understandable for any international investor. Travel expenses are added to the base fee with total transparency.
How long does the entire process take?
From receipt of the initial 50%, the final report and briefing are delivered within 5 to 7 business days. For institutional emergencies, we have an Express service (48-72 hours) with a 30% surcharge.
Why €5,000 and not 1% of the asset value like the appraisers?
Because our job is not to tell you how much the asset is worth (the market does that), but to tell youWhat hidden risks does it have?that could destroy that value. A fixed fee eliminates the conflict of interest: it does not benefit us if the operation is closed, it only benefits us to tell the technical truth.
What if I need to inspect a portfolio of 10 assets?
